Back to work and school :(
Last night we had several more inches of snow. I thought for sure that they were going to cancel school since it was really bad out, but they just had a two hour delay which was actually nice for the kids to get back into the routine after so many days off. It was bad for me though who needed to get back to work and get a ton of stuff done. Nothing exciting happened this evening. The usual - dinner, bathes, homework, a little TV, story time and bed.
Sunday and Monday i made big dinners which equals lots of leftovers so that was really nice having something healthy and not having to cook! I think we will have enough leftovers to make it through the week. I need to make time to do that more often! It pays off during the week when i have more time to spend with the kids!!
