March 10 & 11
Saturday we got up and went to the Pinewood Derby. I think all the kids had a good time. Tyler came in third this year. I left when most of the clean up was done and Terry and Tyler came home after the track was loaded in Chris' truck. Tyler walks in the door itching like crazy and covered in hives. He had a strawberry kiwi kool-aid drink at the Derby and I'm guessing that he is allergic to Kiwi.
That messed up our afternoon plans. After a nap and lots of Benadryl we decided to go into town to pick up a few things. We got pizza on our way home and chilled the rest of the night
Sunday we got up (the time change messed up our day!), went in the woods for a few hours and took some pictures then we spent a couple of hours at each of the grandparents houses. I got absolutely nothing done this weekend and am super far behind on everything now, but I think the grandparents all really enjoyed spending some real time with all of us and not just Dilly, so it was worth it to see them happy.
It was beautiful here and Tyler got all heated up in the woods so his hives came back out like crazy. By evening I had to put a call into the doctor who had me up the dose and he was 100% by Monday morning!
