Growing Up
Dylan is now 19 months old. I can not believe how he is starting to put more than one word together already - more please, nana's house, gamma's house, papa home, butt hurt (only because you get such bad diaper rash when you are on antibiotics ;o)). My personal favorite is everyday when i walk in the door after work, i get "Hi Mama!!!"
Last night was so cute. As usual, you woke up in the middle of the night, but instead of screaming like you normally would, you calmly called "Mama". Daddy woke up and was looking all over in the bed and he says "where's Dylan" and i said "he's in his room" and Daddy says "oh, so he's calling you now" and i said "i guess so - it's better than screaming" and Daddy said "True!!"
I also just adore how you follow your brother around. It is finally sandal weather around here and i love yelling "go get your shoes on" in the morning and you both run to the door and put your little Velcro sandals on :)
Tyler is doing great at t-ball. He got a new bat and was having some trouble getting a hit at the games. We've been working on it at home (now that the weather is finally decent) and now he is used to it and hit the ball every time last night and they were some good solid hits too!!! I think Mommy and Daddy need to get a glove that we can share (or our own) because now we definitely need to work on catching and throwing!!!! :)
