Update

So much has been going on since my last post that i really don't even know where to start!

Let's start with Tyler - School germs continue to harass you. I was really hoping after several weeks of good health in a row during January that you finally got used to all the new germs from kids at school - WRONG! In the last month and a half we have learned that you are VERY allergic to Amoxicillian (sp?) - your medicine for a recent sinus and ear infection. You broke out all over your body in the largest (fist sized welts) hives i have EVER seen. They prescribed you a steroid and benadryl and it still took you a good 6 days to get rid of them. They would start to go away and then pop right back out just as bad. Then a few weeks later i was called to school because you got sick on your desk (about 5 minutes after mommy got to work). That turned in to another long week that almost landed you in the hospital for dehydration - when mommy says that you need to drink lots of fluids even though you don't feel good, you now understand that i do know what i'm talking about and that the doctor will tell you the same thing. I really hope next year is a better year for you kiddo!!!

Lion Scouts is almost over and T-ball is about to begin. Still waiting to find out who your coach is and if Jake is on your team.

Dylan - You have grown so much recently. You are now at the stage where we have to read the same books over and over and over. Thanks to your brother and all of his homework from missing so much school you are into coloring. You have added a bunch of words to your vocabulary. You still try and repeat so much of what we say. Last night you said "homework" and "tater tot". We have had some unbelievable weather for early April around here (under 70s and lower 80s). You really enjoy playing outside. You got on one of your brother's old baby "bikes" and actually got it moving across the driveway - something your brother never did. We are definitely going to get you a tricycle or big wheel or something like that very soon. You are definitely still a handful! Your new nickname is the Human Tornado. You can trash a room in 1 minute flat. You climb on EVERYTHING - another thing your brother never did. You guys are so different it is unbelievable. The only thing that is the same is that you are both huge mamas boys and i LOVE that - your Daddy's not a fan of it, but i already see Tyler trying to go towards the dark side so i will hold on to it as long as i can. A mommy with two boys worries that they will get big and start following daddy around and forget all about her!

That's all i can think of for now. Until next time...

Love, Mommy
XOXO
